 TDA Organiser License – Legal requirements according to motor racing insurance
 
 According to the Motor Racing Insurance Act (1976:357), organizers must have special insurance for competitions, training, exhibitions or practice runs within a fenced competition area. The law was introduced because normal motor insurance does not apply on the track and to protect third parties and spectators in the event of personal injury and property damage. The requirement applies to the organizer (or the track owner if there is no organizer), and the insurance must cover up to SEK 100 million. The insurance does not cover drivers, passengers or officials.

 We recommend that you save the license on your phone or locally on your computer, and keep the receipt as this may be needed in the event of a claim.
